Today I had the pleasure to take part in the discussion with Artur Bartkiewicz in Program 2 Polskiego Radia. In the program “O wszystkim z kulturą” [About Everything with Culture] by Michał Szułdrzyński, we talked about the effects of living in the culture of immediate satisfaction, what is the topic of the next issue of Plus Minus, which Bartkiewicz is the author.

We considered how the life attitude of representatives of Millennials and post-Millennials  can influence the shape of media, the job market and social relations in the future.

We touched on many interesting issues; I spoke, among other things, about the differences between generations X, Y, Z, and I also defined the differences between the generations of Yummies, HENRYs and Snowflakes.

I also tried to pay attention to the current co-existence of "digital immigrants" and "digital natives". We talked about the influence of generations on the role of media, on the abolition of the classic relation between the sender and the recipient, which is replaced by the consumer and co-creator in one. We also returned to the subject of the collapse of authorities in the media, which I had once discussed.
